This past weekend I took some time to pray over our partners, I don’t mean our partners as a whole, I do that daily. No, I mean I prayed over individual partners and sent them a short email letting them know they had been prayed for. For me, it is what came to me when I was praying about ‘acts of kindness.’

Many times in my life I have been very thankful that there was someone who was diligently praying for me, hoping the best for me and encouraging me. That is exactly what I want to do for the people God has brought into my life. That is the cry of my heart.

As it is with most things done in love, I received more than I gave out. As email responses came to me, I was blessed beyond measure. I want to share a few of them with you today. These are from our partners, whom I love dearly and thank God for daily.

The first one:
Today I wanted to bless you the best way I know. When I thought of you and just how busy a person you are, you stopped your day to individually pray for me before our God.

You have several in your flock. You made me feel like the carried one little sheep, while your other 99 stand on the hill. You have God’s ear. You’re set apart. You speak at conferences. You have kingdom connections. You’re not some stranger on the street. You are anointed like a prophet of old. So I know how valuable time is to you. Time is something you can’t get back. So how you spend it speaks volumes.

Plus you’re a mother, grandmother and many more roles.

Thank you. Because you said you wanted God to touch 150 people to give $100 for reasons you and He know- I want to be in that number.

At the Christmas season our family looks for ways to touch others that have needs. We like to give where we know it will make a difference. I know everything you do makes a difference. Everyone wants to be a part of something that makes a difference. When given the opportunity to make a difference for people, it’s wonderful. When given the opportunity to make a difference through God’s ordained mission- it’s without measure, something my small mind can’t fully see, but just enough that I know with everything I am, that it’s bigger than anything in ever capable of doing.

Thank you. Thank you for what you do and who you are. TB

And another one that blessed me:
Thank you so much for your prayers and words of support. It is good to know that we are never alone, that there are brothers and sisters in Christ that as the Holy Spirit brings them to our hearts, we in turn lift them up before the throne of grace. KM

And another:
You are indeed a huge blessing to me and my family, and for that, I am very grateful. Thank you very much for your humble prayers, always wrapped with so much love and thoughtfulness. I look forward to reading your inspiring letters each day, so spirit filled. You are such a sharp lady, and I certainly appreciate your uplifting holiday prayer received today. Thank you for ornamenting our Christmas joy! May God add a blessing to your ministry this holiday season. Please let me know how I can help further your purpose. Merry Christmas! RJ

And one more:
Good morning, my dear friend. What a wonderful thing to start my day!! I felt the blessing pour over me as I read each word. I really cannot express how much you and your ministry have meant to us over the years since a friend sent us a devotion when we were struggling with the news that our 8 year old grandson had tumors in his spine and was going to have to have a three year regimen of chemotherapy. The devotion spoke to us so strongly that we immediately signed up to receive your word daily and it has truly changed our lives. SOOOO many mornings during my devotions, when I am trying to push all of the distractions of an insanely busy life out of my mind so I can spend time with the Lord, I think of you and all that He has brought you through, how you so staunchly meet the challenges with faith and courage, and most of all, your passionate love and delight in Him; I want so much to be like you. Every day you send a strength-builder that deepens my relationship with my Savior. There really are no words to tell you how much we love and appreciate you. SB

Why am I sharing these with you? Because as I read these this morning I was blessed beyond words, I sat and read them with tears in my eyes – I am so thankful that we have been able to make an impact in lives – even one life – that is the desire of my heart – to make an impact.

Do you know that you too can make an impact this very day? You can! You can be a blessing to someone who is not expecting it. You can give a gift that absolutely blesses the soul of another person. You can and you should. But let me warn you, more times than not, you will be the one most blessed, it is simply how God works.

Today – please listen – Today – I issue a challenge to you. Be a blessing! Stop and take a moment out of your day to bless someone beyond what they could imagine. Buy a gift for someone who is not expecting it or who has been a blessing in your life. Send someone a card to let them know how much you appreciate them.

It is the month of giving – give! Give of yourself, give to someone for whom it will make a difference. Give to someone who has blessed you all year long or even those who blessed you and made an impact one time in your life.

This is the month we celebrate the day that God loved us, you and I, so much that he gave the best gift of all, today give your best gift of all. Bless someone else – it will boomerang and bless you right back – more than you can imagine.

Finally, I thank God for each of you, our readers. Thank you for being a part of this ministry and sharing our writings with friends and loved ones. We are truly blessed to have you as part of this ministry – our cups truly runneth over. Blessings to you this Christmas season.
