This week the Lord reminded me of something that happened several years back – something that spoke deeply to me. It happened one day when I received a call from a partner of our ministry – I love talking to our partners. They are like family to me. Many have become good friends.

During our conversation, we began to share some things we were standing in faith for that year. We shared some personal dreams. I spoke with her about something I wanted to do on a personal level. That was the end of the conversation. I fixed the issue she had called about, and we ended our talk.

To my surprise, she sent me a personal gift that day. While I was overwhelmed at the gift, it was the words that accompanied the gift that caught my attention. It said…A dream becoming a reality!!!

Those words captured my spirit that day and they continue to today.

That day, as I was thanking her for the gift, I shared with her how those words impacted me. I said to her, “you have sown a seed of a dream becoming a reality, think about it and let me know what dream you want to become a reality and I will stand in faith with you for it to come to pass this very year.”

She didn’t even have to think about it. She knew exactly what dream she wanted to become a reality that year. She shared it with me, and we agreed for the manifestation of it.

This week, I could not get this off my mind. I thought about how that day, as I prepared my offering from that gift, the Lord spoke to my heart and said, “sow it into someone else’s dream becoming a reality.” I immediately knew where to sow that seed. I was excited to be a part of their dream becoming a reality – but not only that – I was now sowing my seed into a dream becoming a reality.

I now have seed in the ground for MY dream to become a reality! Praise the Lord!

Galatians 6:7 says, “God is not mocked, whatever we sow, that shall we reap.”

I love the way the New Living Bible says it.

Don’t be misled–you cannot mock the justice of God. You will always harvest what you plant.

You will always harvest what you plant. We, my partner, and I, have now both sown seeds in the ground of a dream becoming a reality. We SHALL harvest what we have planted. If we believe we receive and stand firm on the Word of God. The Word and our seed will do the work.

Luke 6:38 says, Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

This year, I continue to sow seeds toward my dreams, all of them, becoming a reality. With continual seed in the ground, I am expecting it to be given unto me, good measure, shaken together and running over. With what measure I gave it shall be measured to me again. God is faithful. His Word has the power within it, in Luke 6:38, to bring this promise to pass.

May we, as a Body, see many, many dreams become a reality this year! That is my prayer for all of us. And as our dreams become a reality, may we remember to give God all the glory for the wonderful things He has done!
