I recently read a word by Russ & Kitty Walden concerning debt freedom and prosperity.

While I am not sharing the entire word, I want to share portions of it by creating a declaration for you to declare and pray over the next few months.  Or until you see the manifestation of this prophetic word.

We are told in 1 Timothy 1:18 to take prophetic words and fight the good fight with them.  What is the good fight?  The one we win!

When I read this word, I felt it was a word we could take and fight with.

Here is the declaration:

According to the prophetic word from God, I declare and decree this is a season of debt liquidation and debt cancellation for me.  God’s favor rests on my life to bring about financial release and financial freedom.  The chains and fetters of lack, debt and bondage to all lenders are at an end for me.  God has placed this open door before me, I step into it this very moment.  I will lay hold of all the provision of the cross, even in the area of finance.  I declare this day, I have everything that was paid for on Calvary, leaving nothing out.  Wealth was determined to be mine because I belong to Jesus.  He delights to meet my needs and exceed them beyond my expectations.

It is written, Jesus became poor that I through His poverty could be rich and supplied with every good thing.  I step into this door of opportunity that has been placed before me.  God is sending NOW prosperity to make me a good success and to empower me to walk out of every financial captivity in my life.

I set myself in a place of freedom.  I declare I am now in a place of total liberation.  My mind and heart are open, for this is a believe you receive season.  I will see the all things are possible for me, manifest in full supply in every way, addressing every need in my life and totally setting me free by the mighty hand of God.  In Jesus’ name, I declare it to be so this very day.  Amen

I believe with all my heart Jesus came to set the captive free. Luke 4:18 says; “The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news to the poor.  He has sent Me to proclaim deliverance to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

Debt is captivity and it is oppressive.  Jesus came that we might be made free.

Free from sickness and disease.  Free from worry.  Free from destruction.  And free from debt.  Free from anything that is oppressive.  We have a blood bought right to be free in every area.

I also believe whom the Son sets free is free indeed.  (John 8:36)

This scripture is talking about being truly free.  If you are free from sickness, free from worry, but in bondage to debt, are you truly free?

If you are weary of debt, this declaration is for you.  If you want to live a life free from the bondage of debt, begin declaring your way out today.

Now, the word works, but we have a part to play in it.  We can confess the word all day long, but if we don’t do what God says with our finances, it will not happen.  But, if we honor God with our finances, God will make a way where there seems to be no way.

Be diligent to give God what belongs to Him…give Him the first, not the left-overs.  Be diligent to pray concerning your finances.  Ask God to show you how to walk free from debt.  He is probably not going to pour out a bucket of money on your doorstep, but He will show you how to walk free from debt.  His favor on your life will make it happen.  He will add His super to your natural and it will come to pass.

I believe this is a now word.  I am sowing into it today.  I will begin to declare it today.  Over myself and over our partners.  I desire to be free from all debt and walk daily in the provision of the cross.  And I can, it is mine for the taking.  Why?  Because Jesus came to set the captives free.  I have decided to be free indeed.  Freedom through the cross.  It belongs to you and me.

Meditate on this:

Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.  2 Cor. 3:17
