As we celebrate freedom this month, I felt led to share something with you.

One day, I received three different emails from three different people.  One person told me she had ask God to put money into her hands to sow into the ministry and He did.

Another lady told me that she had prayed and asked God for seed to sow to this ministry and a check came to her that she wasn’t expecting.

Yet another person told me that God led them to sow a seed and when they did they received an offer on a house they were trying to sell.  All three of these emails came at the exact same time!

Last night as I was trying to go to sleep I kept thinking about these partners, who had asked for seed to sow and it was given…but it didn’t stop there…after they were obedient and sowed that seed, God met a need in their life.  It is how He always works with me and obviously I am not the only one.

Although these all came at one time, they are not the only emails I have read like this recently. It was certainly enough to let me know that we are in a season where the sower will overtake the reaper.

Amos 9:13 says, “The time will come,” says the LORD, “when the grain and grapes will grow faster than they can be harvested. Then the terraced vineyards on the hills of Israel will drip with sweet wine!”

That’s the New Living Translation.  The King James says it like this; “Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.”

This was one thing God showed me last night, that we were in a time where the plowman would overtake the reaper!  He also shared how the act of obedience and a willingness to give puts us in a position to receive.  Now, let me tell you my story.

God spoke to me about sowing seeds, and not just one seed but many seeds.  I spent my entire day sowing, He even sent people to my house and had me sow to them.  Although it makes no sense in the natural, I have come to understand how God works. He always compels me to give when He is wanting to get something to me…therefore I was excited about giving and sowing all those seeds.

As I was thinking about all this, I received another email from one of our partners.  She had sent me a copy of the motivation I had sent out on Obedience…don’t you love when your own words come back to you?  And she said, “Listen to God and obey and blessings will follow.”

Oh my!  I became even more excited about the seeds God was having me sow!

There are those who will reap a harvest; that harvest is indeed assured to them…it is assured to those who sow seed.

As I thought back over those emails, I remembered what one lady said.  She said, “This IS going to be a month of sweetness and harvest!!  I’ve been believing and saying it, and we are getting on the giving train come what may! Lol!”

I love that!  I am with her, I am getting on the giving train, and I am expecting – fully expecting a month of sweetness and harvest, how about you?

Today, think on these testimonies and expect God to do for you what He did for them.  Expect a speedy harvest on every seed sown. Know that we will be praying for you and your family.  We will be praying and declaring Gods word over your seed that you sow this month.  We are declaring you have a month of sweetness and harvest.  And we will be sure to give God all the glory.

Perhaps you think you don’t have seed to sow…remember, in each case, God GAVE seed to the sower.

2 Cor. 9:10-12 says, “Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God. For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to God.”  I just love that scripture!

God gives seed to the sower, then He multiplies the seed sown and brings you increase so that you are enriched in everything with freedom which causes us to give thanks to God.  May freedom manifest in your finances as debt freedom.  May freedom manifest in your family, your business, your ministry and in your heart.  May FREEDOM, God’s FREEDOM overtake you!  And remember…whom the SON sets free, is free indeed!

It is through sowing that we reap and multiply and increase…according to the word of God.  I am ready for multiplication and increase…I want to do more and more for God’s kingdom.  I know it will take more to do more therefore I am standing firm in faith for MORE.  I hope you are standing with me.  I am also standing in faith for you to have MORE and to abound daily with his blessings.  That is my prayer for you today.  May God continue to bless you with His presence, His peace and His provision and His freedom.

Happy Freedom Month in the Lord!!!
