I want to tell you today – your silence is as important as your shout. There is a time to keep quiet and a time to shout – you must discern when each time is appropriate.
It is never good to speak words of fear, doubt or unbelief. They will stop you from entering your promises just as surely as they stopped Gods people from entering the Promised Land. It is never fruitful to complain or murmur – these words will also stop you from receiving your promise.
Stop and seek God – and if He says, ‘be quiet.’ Then simply trust Him – He will turn it for your good – if you allow Him to. Sometimes, if you try to fight the battle yourself, the words you speak, if they don’t line up with God’s word, will stop your victory or hinder it. Always be led by God in what you say and do. Always.
