I have gone through seasons where I sowed and sowed and confessed and confessed and tithed and tithed and saw nothing – or so it seemed. But once you will get the proper perspective on sowing – you will understand. A farmer puts his seed in the ground and then he waits. He never once doubts that he will see a harvest, he knows if he plants a seed, he will definitely receive a harvest in due season. For a farmer, due season is a few weeks to a few months. So he waits on his harvest and when it is time, he brings in his harvest.
Sometimes that is what happens with us as we sow. And then sometimes we grow weary and give up. I want to simply encourage you today with Galatians 6:7 – Be not deceived, God is not mocked, for whatever a man sows, that also shall he reap!
