Timing is everything with God. Think about it; if a farmer tried to sow his seed in the middle of winter, what would happen? Nothing. 
His seed would die, or it would lie in the ground until the next season of harvest, right? The same timing principle applies here, in the spirit. If you sow your seed during this season, while God says the ground is fertile, your harvest will be quick and great. That’s what God promises.
