It’s Never Too Late

‘2017! A word of flourishing for the body of Christ!’

This is the word I read this past Saturday, November 11th.

I was listening to a conference online when a minister referred to a portion of this word from Jerry Savelle. It captured my attention. So much so that I went in search of the word in its entirety. Finally, after much searching, I found it!

I want to share it with you today.

Word from the Lord given to Dr. Jerry Savelle – 12/31/2016 at 9:10 pm
“There is a level of prosperity that you have never known, nor even hoped for… but I am empowering all those who dare believe that it is available. And I will show them how to tap into it and it will begin to manifest in their lives in this coming New Year,” saith the Lord.

“I will take them to a higher level of prosperity and success, which they didn’t ever think was possible. For this is the time for My faithful ones to flourish and to thrive and to excel in every area of their lives. And it will indeed be a year unlike any other you have known. For special and unusual and extraordinary blessings are being released right now and will continue to be released throughout 2017. And it shall be glorious in your sight.”

“Stay in faith,” saith the Lord. “For these are the days that you have longed for. Determine that giving up is unacceptable and don’t even give it another thought. For I am honoring your patience. I am honoring your steadfastness. I am honoring your unwavering stand on My Word. And remember, I have declared that the faithful shall abound in My blessings and the time has come for you to experience this in its fullness. Rest assured that I am faithful to bring this to pass. So, rejoice and again I say rejoice!”

I imagine many of you are thinking the same thought that ran through my mind.

As I sat reading the prophetic over and over again, a thought came to me. The thought was not from God. It was ‘why are you reading this, it is the middle of November, you are not going to see this word come to pass this year, it’s too late.’

As quickly as that thought ran through my mind, the Lord spoke to me and said, ‘remember the parable of the workers.’

The parable of the workers is found in Matthew 20.

“For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire laborers for his vineyard. Now when he had agreed with the laborers for a denarius a day, he sent them into his vineyard. And he went out about the third hour and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, and said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right I will give you.’ So they went. Again, he went out about the sixth and the ninth hour, and did likewise. And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing idle, and said to them, ‘Why have you been standing here idle all day?’ They said to him, ‘Because no one hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You also go into the vineyard, and whatever is right you will receive.’

“So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their wages, beginning with the last to the first.’ And when those came who were hired about the eleventh hour, they each received a denarius. But when the first came, they supposed that they would receive more; and they likewise received each a denarius. And when they had received it, they complained against the landowner, saying, ‘These last men have worked only one hour, and you made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the heat of the day.’ But he answered one of them and said, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius? Take what is yours and go your way. I wish to give to this last man the same as to you. Is it not lawful for me to do what I wish with my own things? Or is your eye evil because I am good?’ So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen.” (1-16)

Wow! I knew exactly what God was saying to me.

He was saying ‘it doesn’t matter if you come in at the eleventh hour, you can still have a year of flourishing. You can still lay hold of special, unusual and extraordinary blessings. You can still experience a higher level of prosperity and success than you ever imagined. It is NOT too late!’

The word of God is alive! His written word is alive and full of power. As are His prophetic words. You and I can lay hold of this word right now and see the fulfillment of it in fullness, before this year ends.

The key is faith in what God has said. And in His ability to fulfill that word.

Numbers 23 says ‘God has said it, He will bring it to pass, if He has spoken it, He will fulfill it.’ The only question that remains is will it come to pass in YOUR life? That is up to you. You must believe it and lay hold of it.

I am reminded of a scripture in 2 Kings 7:2, when the man of God prophesied what God was going to do. There were some who didn’t believe it could ever happen. The man of God replied, ‘you will surely see it, BUT you won’t eat of it.’ The next day it happened just as the man of God said, God fulfilled His word however, those who didn’t believe it, did not eat of it.

Which will you be today? Will you hear this word of God and think… ‘it is too late, this year is almost over, it couldn’t happen for me?’ If so, you may see it, but you may not eat of it.

Or will you hear this word with gladness and rejoice in the God who is faithful, even in the eleventh hour? Will you stand in faith and believe you will see the fulfillment of this word in YOUR life, THIS VERY YEAR?

Personally, I believe there is a reason God brought this word before my eyes. He knew what day it was on the calendar, it didn’t move Him, therefore it won’t move me. I believe I will see the goodness of God in my life. I believe I will see this word fulfilled in my life this very year, I believe it is NOT too late. My God is faithful, and it is never too late.

It is not too late for me and it is not too late for you. Will you believe this word? Will lay hold of it? Will you eat the fruit of it?
If you dare to believe, here is a prayer for you to pray over the next few weeks.

Father I receive this word from You today. I declare and decree that I am moving into a level of prosperity and success unlike anything I have ever known or even imagined. I ask You to empower me, just as You said, to tap into this place of prosperity and success this year, 2017.

I choose to stay in faith, quitting is not an option for me, I will walk by faith every day of my life, thank You for honoring my faith in You and Your word. Thank You for causing me to abound in blessings. I agree with Your word, the time has come for me to experience Your blessings in fullness, I receive Your blessings in my life, in fullness, now in Jesus’ name.

Today I rejoice that this word is fulfilled in my life! Thank You God, for fulfilling Your word in MY LIFE…this very year, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
