Look to His Word

Yesterday, as I sat at my computer, a prophetic word came across my email from Cindy Jacobs. For me, it was so profound, I knew immediately that I needed to share it with our partners, which I did.

I quickly made a prayer and declaration and sent it to our partners, as well as a copy of the prophetic word.

This word so spoke to me that hours later I was still thinking about it. I had even taken the time to write out a prayer and declaration for myself, concerning this word, and put it on my fridge.

I thought about the statement I heard just weeks ago… “could your breakthrough be tied to a prophetic word you didn’t give value to?” I wanted to make sure I gave this word the attention and value it needed.

Later in the evening, I knew I had to do one more thing. I had to share it with ALL our readers, not only our partners. Therefore, here it is…
For the Lord would say that you are in a season…

“I see some of you are in this season where you look around, and you feel like so many things have been robbed from you. And there has been a robbing spirit”—that’s what I hear the name is, a ‘robbing spirit’—”to come and take your blessing. And some of you are even in such a desperate state that you are like David was when he came home and all his family was gone, the possessions. And you are in such a terrible state that you do not know what to do.”

But I would say to you, “As you read My Word, encourage yourself in Me,” says the Lord. “The hopelessness that you feel will go away. Do not be disappointed and feel like everything is over, for you have a choice to make,” says the Lord. “You can choose whether to believe My Word, that all things work together for good, or you can say, ‘My life is over.'” But the Lord says, “If you say what the enemy says—’Your life is over; you will never have restoration; this can never be fixed’ —then you will have agreed with what the enemy is saying about your situation.”

Maybe you have gone bankrupt. Maybe it looks like all is gone. But God says, “In this season of suddenlies, I will begin to rebuild you,” says the Lord. And the Lord says, “Don’t you know, just one great blessing can knock out everything the enemy has done? Don’t you know that the enemy is the one who is the thief who kills, steals and destroys?” But God would say to you, “Trust in My power.”

I think this is very specifically a word, even some business leaders: that you have gone through a shaking, and things are hard; or even a homemaker, and you’re looking around, and you’re looking at your life, and you can’t see the way to better yourself. You can’t see the way that things could change.

But the Lord would say, “I am the greatest change agent. Why so discouraged, oh, my soul? Put your hope in God.”

So, Father God, I release hope. I release hope to the hopeless. I release blessing to those who feel they have lost all, and I bind that robbing spirit. And I say to you, “Robbing spirit, thief, you must be gone from this family. You must be gone from this business. You must be gone from these finances.”

And, Father, I decree a rebuilding, a restoration, a restitution.

And, Father, I thank You, Lord, that even now, I’m asking You, Father, to send Your angels out, to begin to bring in the blessing. To bring in the harvest. To bring in the restoration. To bring in the restitution. And the Lord would say, “As you bring it in faith, and you don’t look at your problem, but you look at My Word, you will see, it will turn around.” Cindy Jacobs

Timothy was told in 1 Timothy 1:18 to war with the prophetic words that had been spoken over him. I believe that is a key scripture for many of us. I also believe, if this prophetic word bears witness with your spirit, that you should war with it.

What do I mean by that? I mean do as I did for myself and our partners, make a declaration using this word and declare it over you and your family every single day until you see it come to pass.

War with this word. Use it as one of your divine weapons to enter into a time of rebuilding, restoration and restitution.

I don’t know about you, but I am ready for this new season God speaks of. I am ready for restoration! I am ready for restitution!

Along with this wonderful prophetic promise, God also gave us instruction. For us to receive the fulfillment of this promise we must look to His word. We must refuse to look at the problems and look only to His word. To His promise and His faithfulness to fulfill that word.

Friends, I hope this word does for you what it did for me. I hope you lay hold of it and war with it. War with it until you see it manifest in your life. Look to His word. To His word only and you will see turnaround. You have His word on it.

Meditate on this:
In the end, I will turn things around for My people. Zephaniah 3:9
