Father, help me to keep myself from defilement. 
Show me any and all activities and relationships that are not beneficial to me. Show me clearly what influences me the most and help me to only be influenced by what is positive, what is the good and perfect will of God for me. I purpose to give you my time and make every effort for you to be the greatest influence in my life, from this day forward. In Jesus name. Amen.
