The other night one of my friends sent me a text at an hour that would have been the middle of the night for her. I was surprised to receive it and commented on it the following day when we spoke.
She told me that she had a dream and it was so vivid and she felt compelled to text me about it.
Her dream was about her speaking to her harvest. Which, if you knew her, you would know how truly odd that is.
As she says it ‘I am not the one who declares and speaks to things…that’s your thing.’ She prays over situations, but she doesn’t practice declaring the word of God over things…that’s MY thing.
The Bible says, ‘we shall declare a thing and it shall be established.’ I believe this truth and I have seen it happen in my own life repeatedly.
I have always felt led to have prayer boards, or vision boards and declare over those things that I am asking God for, but my friend hasn’t felt that way, for this reason, the dream was powerful coming from her.
So, what was she speaking to and declaring over? Her seed.
If you remember, in the book of Ezekiel, God asked Ezekiel if those dry bones could ever live again. Ezekiel answered that he didn’t know. God instructed Ezekiel to prophesy and command the bones to come to life. Ezekiel obeyed God and they lived again! You can read all about this in the book of Ezekiel.
In this passage of scripture, God is showing us how to get life back into a situation. He says to prophesy and command it.
As I read the text from my friend, all these scriptures ran through my mind.
Here is part of what she said; In my dream, I said, ‘My harvest is mature!’ As I did, there was an explosion in my hand and the wheat head grew as big as an ear of corn, right in my hand.
She continued to share the dream saying, ‘and the Spirit said to me, “it is time to harvest…speak to your seed and command them to mature and ripen!”
Oh, my goodness! God is still saying the same thing today that He told Ezekiel years and years ago.
God created the world by speaking into the chaos and we are to do the same thing today. The dry bones lived because Ezekiel obeyed God and prophesied and commanded the bones to live. Again, we must do the same thing today.
If you are a tither and a sower, here is another powerful key to add to your arsenal of financial prosperity, begin to speak to your seed. Tell your seed it is time to mature, command your seed to grow big. Tell it to mature and ripen.
She also said that she commanded laborers to go into her harvest and bring in her harvest. Those laborers would be the angels of the Lord.
Finally, she spoke to her DNA and commanded time to be restored in her body. All in all, it was an amazing, God-filled dream.
But I believe it was more than a dream, I believe it was also instruction. And I believe it was instruction for THIS time and THIS season. I believe it is instruction, not only for my friend, but for us all.

Prayer for today; Father, you are life. Help me to speak life over every situation. I ask you to guard my words daily Lord and correct me when need be. For this I give you praise, in Jesus name. Amen.
