The other day I was walking down my hallway and heard God speak ONE word to me; fullness. I stopped and thought a moment, and then I prayed: God I thank you that I am full of your presence, full of your anointing, full of your peace and full of all that you are.

As I declared those words, a scripture passage popped into my mind. It is found in Colossians 2:7-10: “Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.”

The word ‘complete’ means to be full and abounding. It also means to carry to the end, to accomplish to bring to fulfillment Gods promises and prophecies. The word ‘fullness’ means completeness and fullness of time, a fulfilling, a keeping.

God had my attention; as you know he has been talking to me about speaking to the vision, the promises and the things he has vowed and promised. And I have been. As I read this scripture, I realized that what we have inside of us has brought such a completeness that we have the ability within us to bring to fulfillment all God has promised. We are complete in him. If he is filled the fullness of the Godhead bodily, then so are we. Which reminded me of another scripture.

John 7:38 Amplified: “He who believes in Me [who cleaves to and trusts in and relies on Me] as the Scripture has said, From his innermost being shall flow [continuously] springs and rivers of living water.”

Living means to enjoy real life, the zoe life of God, to be active and blessed continually in the kingdom of God. It also means to have vital power in itself. The word belly means the womb, the place where the fetus is conceived and nourished until birth. It also means the innermost part of a man, the soul, the heart as the seat of thought, feeling, and choice.

I have not been able to stop thinking about this subject. I can see that God is saying ‘I have put inside you, literally in your belly the words to declare so that you will see your promise come to pass.’ Yet, I still kept pondering this subject because I thought ‘I have prayed, I have declared, which words, Lord, what am I missing?’

Then I remembered Ezekiel, God told him to speak to the bones and they lived. We should be able to do the same thing; if we are saying what God is saying we should see the same results as Ezekiel. I thought I needed to take a closer look at Ezekiel.

As I began to read the book of Ezekiel, I noted that God didn’t start with the dry, dead bones, even from the beginning of the book of Ezekiel God was telling Ezekiel to speak to things and he was giving him the words to speak. I noted that God gave Ezekiel a scroll and said ‘Eat these words and then prophesy these words.’ Aha. I was beginning to get it.

We have to be full of the word of God, full of the words God has spoken, we need to literally eat them daily until we are full and THEN declare them. And then prophesy them and we will see change come.

If Ezekiel could prophesy the words God had given him I knew I could do the same thing. Therefore I got out all the prophetic words I had ever received, that I knew were from God and lined up with what he had put in my heart, and I wrote them down on a separate sheet of paper. It is my plan today to begin to eat those words again and begin to prophesy those words again. I will eat of those words until I am completely full of those anointed words.

As I was writing my prophecies down, I came across a previous email from Chuck Pierce, I want to share a part of it with you: The Spirit of God is giving us the prophetic revelation we need before we need it. Be alert to LOOK AGAIN at what He has already said to you in the past seasons. He will now refresh His voice so you can gain the revelation you need now and see a manifestation of His grace and promise in your life.

I feel that God is trying to get something across to me, to us. We have to be full of his word, and perhaps you are full of his word – then begin to prophesy it, as Ezekiel did. Without doubt, without unbelief, begin to speak to those things and expect, fully expect change to come. That’s what I am doing this week, I hope you join me.
