Today, I wanted to share a praise report that came in one of partners this week.
I wanted to share a small praise report with you.
I flew back to Washington for a few days to attend a wedding plus I saw friends and family.
I used air miles for the flight and estimated the other expenses (car rental etc.) would be about $500. I asked God to provide this money; using my faith for it rather than just take it out of savings.
While staying with my brother and sister-in-law, they let me know that we had gotten a final check from the VA for our dad who had passed on a year ago. Dividing that between the 2 families gave us each $564.00. Minus tithe, it was more than enough to cover my expenses. Unexpected sources just like you prayed. Praise the Lord!
Not huge but an answer to prayer just the same.
Thank you for your faithful prayers over your partners every week. I listen to them every day.

I love this testimony. Many of us, instead of extending our faith and trusting God to bring provision, we try to figure out a way to make it happen ourselves. Such as working extra hours or taking monies from an account we have on hand. We believe that’s what we are supposed to do, work it out for ourselves.
While I thank God for the times that we have monies set aside for things like this, I also believe there are times God wants us to use our faith, just like she did, and expect HIM to meet the need.
We send out an audio prayer each week to our monthly partners and one of the things God often has me pray is that money comes in from unexpected sources and that is exactly what God did in this situation. I praise God for answering our prayers.
I believe we are in a season where we are going to see more and more things come our way by unexpected means and sources. I also believe we need to extend our faith to receive these blessings from unexpected sources.
If we are not releasing our faith for provision from unexpected sources, we won’t see them come our way and we won’t partake of them.
God is not a man that He should lie. His Word will come to pass. However, just like Lisa, we have a part to play.
Don’t be under any illusion: you cannot make a fool of God! A man’s harvest in life will depend entirely on what he sows. (Gal. 6:8)
Now, let’s look at Luke 6:38 in the New Living Translation.
Give, and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full – pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over, and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.
I love this! Pressed down and shaken together to make room for more. Running over and poured into your lap! Have you experienced that kind of harvest yet? If not, you are about to, if you can only believe!
So, what is our part? We see this in Galatians 6:9; And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
Could it be that we are in due season? I believe so.
Our part – let us NOT GROW WEARY. I know that is easier said than done. Many have grown weary. Weary of praying. Weary of standing in faith. Weary of sowing seeds into the Kingdom of God. Weary of standing. I understand. However, we must encourage ourselves in the Lord and continue to trust God. Extend and release our faith in His Word and His promises.
Today, I encourage you to begin to declare this; As I have given, my gift will return to me in full – pressed down, shaken together to make room for more. My harvest is being poured into my lap even as I speak. As I have given, it is NOW coming back to me, more than I could ask or imagine because that is the God I serve. God is blessing my seed, every single seed I have ever sown. My harvest is here now. It is abundant and overflowing. The goodness of God is being poured into my life and nothing can stop what He is doing for me. Nothing can hinder or stop my harvest, in Jesus’ name.
Due season is here my friend, receive ALL that is yours today.
