There is a scripture I love in Micah 7:8 that says; Rejoice not against me, O mine enemy : when I fall , I shall arise ; when I sit in darkness, the LORD shall be a light unto me.
A person who knows who he is in Christ and who knows who Christ is in him, knows this truth. I may fall BUT I will arise. It may be dark right now BUT the Lord is my light and the only light I need. You see my friend, we can weather the storm. We can weather any storm because God is with us every step of the way.
If we are going to weather the storm, we must become pliable in the hands of God. We must continue to be strong in mind, heart and spirit, knowing that God alone is our support and he will not fail us. If we know this, the words that come out of our mouth will line up with his will for our life. If we know this we will not lose our confidence but will hold our confidence steadfast to the end, just the like bible says, and we will walk in the promises of God…fulfilled in our life. Praise the Lord! We do NOT have to break under the pressure, we need to allow God to be our support and lean on him. He will not drop us, he will not fail us, he will not leave us nor forsake us AND he will bring us out to victory.
